Modification Request Portal

This portal provides the ACC the capability to manage and process property owner modification requests. Manage in the sense that members of the ACC can review current and historical requests, report on historical requests and manage ACC membership. Processing modification requests involves voting on the request, requesting additional information and sending the ACC's response (i.e. approval or denial) to the property owner.
